Recipe Instructions

>Hydrate eggs (5 minutes)
>Chop/prep your soyrizo, cheese, avocado
>Heat skillet over medium heat
>Add soyrizo and cook for about 2-3 minutes
>Add water, BOIL
>Add beans and eggs, STIR
>Turn off burner and let sit 5-7 mins to hydrate then STIR
>Toast tortillas, then pack them full of egg/soyrizo/bean mixture
