Recipe Instructions
>Heat pot over high heat; add water and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil; add pasta
>Heat skillet over medium heat; add drizzle of olive oil, then add chicken and cook until heated through
>Cook pasta al dente; drain water, reserving 1/2 cup per pesto packet in pot; add pesto mix and stir
>Add tomatoes and pine nuts; stir and serve; top with chicken; garnish with parmesan cheese
