Recipe Instructions

1. Add a pinch of salt and Bullion cube and bring 1.5 quarts of water to boil.
2. Chop Onion, Carrot, Broccoli, and Garlic Cloves.
3. Stir Lentil Soup Mix into boiling water, reduce heat to simmer for ~2-3 minutes, cover and set aside.
4. Saute Onion and carrots til onions are just turning translucent,
5. Add salt and pepper, add broccoli, add garlic last and saute another few minutes.
6. Stir saute'd veggies into Lentil Soup mix and return to heat, simmer until uniformly heated. (add clean water to adjust thickness of soup.)
7. Add grated parmesan cheese as a topping (recipe calls for 0.5 cup/ 4 people)

Pro-Tip: Withhold parmesan cheese for vegan option.
