Recipe Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir until thickened.

6. Add bell peppers, broccoli florets, and carrots to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.

8. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

9. Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions.
