When ready to cook:
1. Turn burner on: HIGH heat.
2. In LARGE pot, boil 4 cups water.
3. Chop 4-6 pieces dried-mango into bits.
4. Add 15 oz. beans to boiling water. Cook 5 min.
5. Add 3 cups rice & chopped mango to boiling water. Bring to simmer, cook 5 min. (don't let it burn!)
6. Add Garlic Powder & Jerk Seasoning. Stir.
7. Chop onion & bell pepper.
8. Turn burner on: MEDIUM heat.
9. In MEDIUM pot: add oil, onion & bell pepper. Stir, cook 2-3 min.
