Dippy Eggs with Toast & Fruit

Fill a pot half full with water, cover, and bring to boil.

While the water is boiling, lay bread out flat on a baking tray in the oven and toast on high heat. Check every few minutes, once one side is golden, flip over and repeat with the second side. Repeat this process until you have enough toast for all your crew members.

Once the water is boiling, with a ladle or large spoon gently lower eggs into the water.

Cook eggs in batches of 5 at a time. Set a timer for 7 minute cook time. Once cooked, remove with the large spoon or ladle.

Allow crew members to start eating as soon as the eggs are cooked, place salt and pepper on the cockpit table so crewmates may season their own eggs.

Place eggs, toast, butter, jelly, honey and peanut butter on the table to put on toast along with peaches, pears and utensils.
