Directions
Combine eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Using a fork or whisk, beat until smooth.
Add Bisquick, ½ cup at a time, stirring constantly until there are no more lumps in the batter.
Slowly pour pancake batter onto a greased griddle over medium heat. Use a spatula to flip them once bubbles begin to form around the edge.
Place cooked pancakes in a baking dish and store them in the oven to keep warm.
Set out pancakes, syrup, butter, powdered sugar, and utensils on the cockpit table.
