Recipe Instructions

Rehydrate Hashbrowns according to box instructions
Cook sausage and eggs in butter or oil
Saute pepper and onions- season to taste

Over medium-high heat, melt butter or oil.
Add hashbrowns, allow them to brown in the pan before turning
Once golden brown, salt hashbrowns and serve with eggs, veggies and sausage. Top with cheese
