Recipe Instructions

1. Use firm avocados.
2. Dice avocados & tomatoes.
3. Toss together avocados, tomatoes, basil & feta.
4. Whisk vinegar & olive oil together, then pour above mixture & gently mix.
5. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
5. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
