Recipe Instructions

each lunch should contain

2 hummus, one fruit, a pack of cookies, a pack of beef jerky, 1 bag of dried fruit, a trail mix, crackers, nuts and m&ms.

the dried fruit (usually large bag of mangos should last two-three days)
there is a total of 2 boxes of mixed nuts in lunch box for entire trip
m&m's (large bag) should last 2-3 days, there is only two packs of m&m's per trip

Don't serve snacks from original packaging if you can help it. By putting snacks in serving dishes we can reuse the leftovers. Especially the large bags-mango, jerky, trail mix, nuts, m&ms.
