Recipe Instructions

Thaw Chicken in the AM, may require further chopping.
Mix chicken with chopped veggies and mayo (start with a little then add more if needed). Add curry spice or any other spice variety. Serve with spinach and rolls.

Vegetarian: Mash garbanzo beans slightly and use as chicken substitute.
GF: Use bell pepper as bread. Slice in half and clean out the pepper.
