Cherry Pie or Apple Pie Filling

Yellow Cake Mix

Brown Sugar

Butter
12.0 tablespoon(s)
Sprite
1.0 can(s)

Recipe Instructions

1. Wash your hands
2. Lightly coat a Dutch Oven with oil/ butter.
3. Pour cherry/ apple pie filling into D.O. Cover evenly with cake mix and sprinkle brown sugar generously over cake mix.
4. Slice butter and set evenly spaced out over cake mix.
5. Carefully and evenly pour sprite over the top.
6. Cook on coals for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown on top (once you can smell the desert from 6 feet away, it is likely ready). Insert a fork or knife into center of batter; if it comes out clean it is done!
