Wash your hands. Put on gloves. Mix sour cream and fiesta dip packet in a bowl and serve with ruffles.
1. Wash and dry all produce; trim and thinly slice cucumbers. Halve limes
In a small bowl combine cucumber, juice from lime halves and a pinch of salt. Set aside to marinate.
2. In a med bowl, combine mayonnaise and chili sauce. Add coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pat diced chicken dry with paper towels. Place in a medium bowl and cover with soy glaze. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
4. Divide tortillas between plates and fill with chicken, slaw, marinated cucumber (draining first) and peanuts. Serve.
Serve with pickled items, oreos, and pb and j on the side. Make sure everything is arranged nicely and has a serving utensil.
