Hydrate eggs with water, mix and set aside. Hydrate hollandaise packet with water, oil, squeeze of lemon and salt. Slice english muffins and chop ham. Over medium heat, toast the english muffins in oil. Add one tablesoon of oil and cook ham for 2-3 minutes. Push mixture to the side of the pan. In the same pan, add hollandaise mixture. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes until thick. Assemble!
