1. Wash your hands and glove up.
2. Serve chips, salsa and fruit as an appetizer. Place drink mix and cups near the water station with a spoon.
3. Slice tomato, avocado and onion and arrange nicely onto platters/ plates with lettuce.
4. Slice cheese and present on a plate.
5. Open and arrange meats.
6. Lay out bread, and condiments in a flow that makes sense. Make sure everything has a serving utensil. Serve cookies for dessert.
