Recipe Instructions

Pre-trip prep:

*Vacuum seal curry paste to avoid having a glass jar onto the trip.
*Julienne cut , or Grind ginger, or buy in a tube (more expensive) if can't be bothered with prep.
*Chop Green Beans, and dice Carrots. Vac seal.

- Can sub fresh Veg with Just Veggies if overall weight is of a concern, or using the meal later in the expedition.

- Keep nuts as a whole for texture, or crush in a bag if preferred. Just more work.

- Go with serving size on package. e.g. Native forest coconut milk 8g(1TBSP)/serving. 150g in 1 bag.
