Pre-cook ground bison with some taco seasoning and/or sliced peppers & onions. Follow your heart on bison seasoning. On mountain, reheat bison while cooking beans and rice. Rehydrate enchilada sauce while defrosting green chilis. Stir enchilada sauce into bison (if someone is picky, serve separately). Heat tortillas. To serve, crush a half-handful of Fritos and place them on the burrito (trust me here). Heap with rice & beans, bison, cheese, and guac. Add green chilis and hot sauce. Feel satisfied.
