Recipe Instructions

1. Thinly slice carrots on the diagonal and pan roast until tender
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, ginger, coconut aminos, garlic, salt and pepper.
3. 2 minutes before serving, toss carrots with glaze and carmelize over heat
4. Garnish with sesame seeds
