>Appetizer: set out chips, dips, and veggies
>Start grill and heat skillet(s) over medium-high
>Prep veggies: Slice onion, tomato, and avocado; split romaine leaves
>In a skillet with olive oil (or butter), saute onions and mushrooms; season with salt and pepper
>In separate skillet, cook tater tots (can also be done in foil on grill) with drizzle of olive oil; season with salt and pepper
>Add burgers and brats to grill (or skillet), flip occasionally, cook to desired temp, add cheese to burgers to melt
>Place all ingredients in serving bowls/on plates
>Set out all condiments
>Build burgers/brats with desired toppings
>Dessert: Slice strawberries, sprinkle on top of cheesecake, drizzle chocolate sauce over top; cut and serve
