Recipe Instructions

> Combine pancake mix with water (2/3 cup of water per 1 cup pancake mix)
>If making Bob's Red Mill pancakes, make with coconut milk (from powder) instead of water
> Add optional ingredients based on guest preferences
> Heat skillet over medium-high heat; drizzle oil into skillet
>Pour or scoop the pancake batter into the skillet, using approximately 1/8 cup for each pancake
>Flip over when edges of pancake start to bubble; cook until golden brown on both sides
> Add water to hydrate eggs; let sit 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper; cook in skillet over medium heat, stirring often
>Cook sausages over medium-high heat until cooked through to desired crispiness
