>Mix water with pancake mix (3/4 cup water per 1c pancake mix)

>Flip over when edges of pancake start to bubble; cook until golden brown on both sides; add more butter, as needed
>Slice chicken apple sausage and place into hot skillet with oil, cook until golden brown on all sides
>Serve melon, sausages, and pancakes with butter and maple syrup, as desired
