Recipe Instructions

> Bring water to a boil and add steel cut oats (Ratio of water:oats is labeled); cook until soft, stirring often
> Heat pan(s) and add bacon/sausage; cook to desired crispiness
> Cut cantaloupe into quarters and cut off rind. Dice into cubes, or slices, set out on a platter or plate
> When oatmeal is fully cooked, serve in bowls and add desired toppings
