Southwest Pasta Salad

Recipe Instructions

Directions
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Once boiling add pasta and cook following the instructions on the packet.

Once pasta is cooked, drain and mix in 2 tbsp of olive oil to stop the pasta from sticking.

Dice peppers, onion and tomatoes into small chunks. Mix the chopped veggies into the pasta.

Slice olives into small pieces and mix into the pasta.

Drain and rinse the corn and black beans. Mix into the pasta.

Make dressing, in a small bowl combine ranch dressing, lime juice and southwest seasoning. Mix thoroughly.

Pour dressing onto the pasta and mix thoroughly.

Put bowls, parmesan and Sriracha on the table to let crewmates spice up their own pasta.

Allow crewmates to serve themselves, put out chips and salsa to snack on.
