Directions
Have someone work on chickpea salad while other chefs arrange sandwich fillings.
Open and drain cans of chickpeas, mash chickpeas lightly with a fork until the outside starts to flake, put in a mixing bowl.
Add the celery, peppers and cucumber to the chickpeas.
In a separate small bowl, use a fork to whisk together 6 tablespoons mayo, 2 tablespoons mustard, the juice from one lemon, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon of pepper. Once mixed, add sauce to chickpea mixture, stir and you’re done!
Place ham, turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese onto individual plates and set them on the cockpit table along with the bread, tortillas, mayonnaise, mustard, pringles, and utensils.
Have crewmates make their sandwiches individually.
