On Trail: Make during breakfast to have for lunch.
Put mix into a bowl or pot. Slowly add hot boiling water and whisk quickly. Keep stirring until all the water is added. The mix should resemble think pancake batter. Add more water if too thick.
Cover and set for a few hours (make it at breakfast). Before use, stir again, add lemon juice or garlic powder if wanted. Serve with tortillas or pita bread with cucumbers.
