Sautee onion, garlic, and carrot in oil. Add cauliflower and mushroom. When about halfway cooked, add ACV and let veggies marinate. The ACV should cook off, leaving only a bit of sauce. Add turmeric and paprika.
If including tofu or veggie dog, cut into pieces and add to cook before adding ACV.
