Dice up sundried tomatoes
In a large pan - add oil and garlic and sun dried tomatoes --- I would add additional 2 tablespoons of oil if the mixture is dry since you need oil to cook the chicken
While all this is cooking - cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box - remember to take about ½ Cup of the pasta water out before you drain the pasta
Take out the garlic and sundried tomatoes from the pan - place in the small bowl
Add chicken to the pan - season with the salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes
Cook chicken - once chicken is cooked - add the tomato mixture add milk and cheese
Once that is heated add pasta - heat for another 2 minutes - if the sauce is too thick add some pasta water
Garnish with parsley and serve
