Recipe Instructions

Prep time 10 minutes Cook time 20 minutes.
Cook pasta in two pots in boiling water for 8-10 minutes (al dente). Drain.
While pasta is cooking, in the skillet, melt butter over medium/low heat, and saute minced garlic until tender - about 1 minute.
Add shrimp, cooking 3-4 minutes until pink.
Stir in white wine (NOTE: the container of wine is more than 1.3 cups, so measure out and then let someone drink the rest).
The breadcrumbs are used as thickening, so stir in a little at a time until desired thickness reached.
Serve pasta with shrimp on top - garnish with additional parmasean.
