Recipe Instructions

Peel and shred jicama and carrots.
Shred the cabbage.
Thinly slice red pepper and onion.
Add the lime juice and cilantro to the jar of slaw dressing and mix well.
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat well.
Let sit at room temp for 15 minutes before serving.
