Recipe Instructions

Rehydrate pork, onions, peppers, and salsa together in hot water per package instructions — allow 20–30 minutes for full rehydration. Spread filling on half of each tortilla, top with cheese, fold in half. Fry in a dry pan over medium heat 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Cut in half to serve. Note: Use Cheddar Cheese Powder as the substitute for trips longer than 4 days or in hot weather.
