Red Lentils 3.0 cup(s)
Raisins 0.75 cup(s)
Coconut Milk 1.0 can(s)
Dehydrated Mixed Vegetables 2.0 cup(s)
Veggie Bouillon Cubes 4.0 cube(s)
Curry Powder 0.25 cup(s)

Recipe Instructions

Cook rice separately per ratio (1 cup rice to 2 cups water). Boil 6 cups water and dissolve bouillon cubes. Add lentils and vegetables. Simmer 20 minutes. Add coconut milk, raisins, and curry powder and simmer 10 more minutes until thick. Serve dhal over rice.
