Dissolve yeast and sugar in ¾ cup warm water. Stand 5 minutes until bubbly. Add oil, salt, and flour gradually. Knead 6 minutes. Let rise 30 minutes covered. Roll dough on a floured surface (canoe bottom works) into a rectangle about 12 x 6 inches. Spread softened butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over entire surface. Roll tightly and cut into 1–1½ inch pieces. Place in greased dutch oven. Rest 15 minutes. Bake with coals 15–25 minutes until golden. GLAZE: Mix icing sugar with a splash of water. Drizzle over warm buns.
