Recipe Instructions

Combine all dry ingredients. Rehydrate egg powder in ΒΌ cup water. Mix milk powder with 1 cup water, add egg and melted butter. Stir wet into dry until just combined β€” batter will be lumpy. Pour into greased dutch oven. Bake covered with coals 20–25 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serves 6; double for larger groups. Great alongside chili or stew.
