Peanut Butter 1.0 cup(s)
Sunflower Seed Butter 1.0 cup(s)

Recipe Instructions

Dissolve bouillon in 8 cups boiling water. Dice all vegetables and add to broth. Simmer 20–30 minutes until soft. Stir in curry powder and peanut butter until fully blended. Simmer until thick. Boil 1 cup water per cup of couscous, pour over couscous, cover, and let steam 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Serve stew over couscous.
