Rice Crispy Squares

Reconstitute the butter powder according to the package directions.

Melt the reconstituted butter in a large pot over medium-low heat.

Add marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.

Remove from heat. Add crispy rice cereal and stir gently until evenly coated.

Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined pot or Dutch oven.

Allow to cool completely until set.

Cut into squares or scoop into individual portions and serve.
