Chop apples and toss with granulated sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Pour into a parchment-lined dutch oven. In a bowl combine brown sugar, oats, flour, remaining cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add melted butter and stir until crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake with coals top and bottom 30–40 minutes until apples are soft and topping is golden.
