Recipe Instructions

Rehydrate pulled pork per package instructions — allow at least 20 minutes. Rehydrate peppers and onions in hot water 10 minutes then drain. Cook rice per ratio (1 cup to 2 cups water). Add taco seasoning to the pork and stir. Warm black beans in a small pot. Load tortillas with pork, rice, beans, peppers and onions, cheese, and salsa. Roll up and serve. Note: Use Cheddar Cheese Powder as the substitute for trips longer than 4 days or in hot weather.
