MORNING PREP: Combine lentils with 9 cups water and dissolved bouillon. Bring to a boil then simmer 20 minutes until lentils are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid. Stir in curry powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. The mixture should be thick and spreadable. Cool and pack in a sealed container. AT LUNCH: Spread lentil dal on tortillas, add a spoonful of mango chutney, roll up and serve. High-protein, genuinely filling, and a completely different flavor profile from the rest of the lunch lineup.
