Baking Powder 2.0 tablespoon(s)
Butter 0.25 cup(s)
Fruit Jam 1.0 jar(s)
Brown Sugar 2.0 tablespoon(s)
Cinnamon 1.0 teaspoon(s)

Recipe Instructions

Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Add butter and enough cold water to form a stiff dough. Divide into 12 pieces. Find or whittle a clean green stick. Wrap each dough piece in a spiral around the end of a stick. Hold over fire coals rotating slowly 5–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Slide off stick and fill the hollow with jam. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
