Recipe Instructions

Rehydrate beans in 10 cups boiling water, stir, cover, let sit 25 minutes. Spread beans on half the tortillas, top with cheese, fold over. Cook in a dry pan over medium heat 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Serve with salsa. Note: Use Cheddar Cheese Powder as the substitute for trips longer than 4 days or in hot weather.
