Drain canned salmon and form into patties roughly the size of a small burger — about 2–3 per person. Coat each patty in fish breading mix. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high and fry patties until golden and crispy, about 3 minutes per side. If your group catches fresh fish, use the same breading and technique with cleaned fillets instead. Prepare mashed potatoes by boiling water and stirring into flakes with butter. Warm corn in a small pot. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon juice powder mixed into a small amount of water as a drizzle.
