Recipe Instructions

Dissolve bouillon in 11 cups boiling water. Rehydrate peppers and onions. Fry sausage rounds in oil until browned, set aside. Cook rice separately per ratio. Combine kidney beans, black beans, peppers, onions, cajun seasoning, and bouillon broth in a pot. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice topped with sausage rounds.
