Rehydrate chicken, onions, and vegetables per instructions. Mix alfredo sauce with 2½ cups cold water then gradually whisk into 3 cups boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes until thickened. Add rehydrated chicken and vegetables. Cook fettuccine separately, drain, and serve topped with alfredo sauce and parmesan.
