All shelf-stable ingredients. Crisp bacon in a pan. Drain and cool. Rehydrate dried spinach in a small amount of warm water 5 minutes then drain and pat dry. Mix mayo powder with 6 tablespoons cold water to reconstitute. Spread mayo on tortillas, layer with bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and sliced cheese. Roll up and serve. Note: Use Cheddar Cheese Powder as the substitute for trips longer than 4 days or in hot weather.
