Recipe Instructions

Drain tuna. Rehydrate dried spinach in a small amount of warm water 5 minutes then drain and pat dry. Mix tuna, mayo, relish, and curry powder until well combined. Spread spinach on each tortilla, top with tuna-curry mixture, and roll up.
