Drain tuna. Shred cabbage and dice onion. Mix mayo powder with 6 tablespoons cold water to reconstitute. Mix tuna, cabbage, onion, capers, and mayo until well combined. Shred or slice cheese. Stuff pitas with tuna salad and cheese. Note: Use Cheddar Cheese Powder as the substitute for trips longer than 4 days or in hot weather.
