Toast oats and almonds in a dry pan over medium heat, stirring constantly 5–7 minutes until golden. Remove from heat and stir in honey, cinnamon, dried apples, and cranberries. Mix milk powder with 9 cups cold water to make milk. Serve granola in bowls and pour cold milk over top. A lighter, no-cook-required alternative — all shelf-stable ingredients.
