Recipe Instructions

Mix pancake mix with milk powder and 4 cups cold water until smooth. Fold in dried blueberries and brown sugar. Grease dutch oven generously with butter. Pour batter in, cover, and bake with coals top and bottom 25–30 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Slice into wedges and serve with maple syrup.
