Recipe Instructions

Rehydrate eggs per package. Rehydrate peppers and onions in boiling water 10 minutes then drain. Crisp bacon in a frying pan and set aside. Sauté rehydrated peppers and onions in bacon fat 3 minutes. Add egg mixture and stir over medium heat until just cooked through. Warm tortillas in a dry pan. Fill each tortilla with eggs, bacon, vegetables, cheese, and salsa. Fold and roll to serve. Note: Use Cheddar Cheese Powder as the substitute for trips longer than 4 days or in hot weather.
