Best reserved for relaxed layover days β cooking crepes takes time. Whisk together flour, egg powder, milk powder, and salt. Gradually whisk in 6 cups water until batter is smooth and thin. Melt a small amount of butter in a pan over medium heat. Pour about ΒΌ cup batter and quickly tilt to spread into a thin circle. Cook 1β2 minutes until edges lift, flip and cook 30 seconds more. Stack and serve with jam spread inside, rolled up.
