General
Best reserved for relaxed layover days — cooking crepes takes time.
Whisk together flour, egg powder, milk powder, and salt. Gradually whisk in water until the batter is smooth and thin.
Prepare butter or butter powder according to package directions. Heat a small amount in a pan over medium heat.
Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan and quickly tilt to spread it into a thin circle. Cook for 1–2 minutes, until the edges begin to lift. Flip and cook for about 30 seconds more.
Repeat with the remaining batter, adding a small amount of butter to the pan as needed. Stack finished crepes.
Spread jam inside each crepe, roll up, and serve.
